Masterful Relief Engravings on High-Quality Silver Spoons - Handmade Unique Pieces Full of Charm and History
Immerse yourself in the fascinating world of intricate hand engraving—a realm filled with secrets that require time, dedication, and a deep understanding of ancient crafts. Each of our spoons is a unique work of art, lovingly crafted by hand using an array of chisels and needles. This exceptional technique, known as relief engraving, bestows upon each piece a sublime and sculptural texture, reviving the ancient crafts to life.
Relief engraving pays homage to the splendor of bygone centuries. Particularly in the 17th, 18th, and 19th centuries, this artistic form of engraving was not only popular in jewelry and weapon making but also exemplified the highest craftsmanship.
The art of hand engraving, once widespread and affordable, has become a rarity today. Rising material costs and changes in production methods have led to the decline of this ancient craft.
Each spoon in our collection is a handmade masterpiece crafted from the finest 925 sterling silver, a true gem weighing approximately 74.5 grams and measuring 30 cm in length.
A work of art in two parts, joined by intricate soldering and embellished with a carefully set stone. The detachable spoon head is equipped with an elegant bayonet closure, providing not only functionality but also an aesthetic touch.
These unique pieces are the result of 8 to 10 days of intensive handwork—a tribute to the mastery of bygone eras, evident in every detail.
